How do we get there? 

Paraíso Tranquilo is approximately 45 minutes from the Cancun International Airport. There are various means of Transportation from the airport including car rental personal shuttle, taxi, ADO Bus, and Colectivo.

What times are check-in and check-out? 

Check-in is 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 11:00am on the day of departure.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible and by prior arrangement only. Please note that this is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee any early check-ins or late check-out.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes. We offer 40 Mbps, fiber optic Wi-Fi in the unit as well as in the public areas and on the rooftop pool.

What are your booking terms?

To hold reservation an initial payment of 50% of the total amount is due. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before your arrival date. In the event that advance payments for rent are not made when due, the reservation is subject to immediate cancellation in accordance with cancelation terms, so that the condo can be rented to another party.

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of a sixty (60) day notice prior to the Check-In Date is required for cancellations resulting in a full (100%) refund of rental fees.  Reservations cancelled 31 to 59 days prior to the Check-In Date will result in a fifty percent (50%) refund of rental fees.  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the Check-In Date, are not refundable. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We do not offer any refunds for cancelled or rescheduled trips due to hurricane or other travel advisories.

What items do you furnish?

Guests will be provided a start-up of paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent and one 20 liter bottle of water will be provided. Bedroom and bathroom linens will be provided including towels to use at the rooftop pool. Guests are to bring their own towels to take to the beach as all provided linens are to remain in the Condo.

What are your cleaning procedures?

It is important to us that our space is always clean for our guests and that you have the confidence of knowing your safety is of upmost concern. We thoroughly clean the condo between each guest using disinfecting and sanitizing products. We pay special attention to high-touch areas including remote controls, door knobs, light switches, etc. There are additional cleaning measures in place for the building common areas including the elevators, gym and pool area. Hand sanitizer is of use in the in main lobby area for all staff, owners and guests to use upon entry and exit.

Do you allow smoking?

No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the Condo’s balconies.  If smoke is detected the Guest will be responsible for any fees necessary for cleaning and ionization.

May we bring a pet to your vacation home?

No pets of any kind are allowed.

Is there parking available?

Guests will be allowed parking, as available, in the garage.  All vehicles must be registered at the desk.

What if I didn’t bring a car? How do I get around?

Paraíso Tranquilo is within walking distance from everything you need but there are options beyond renting a car if you want to venture out. From private shuttle to local colectivo, there are many options based on your comfort level.
